Fanhaven’s Discounts & Rewards system lets you create incentives that drive fan engagement, increase average order values, and reward loyalty.

Discounts

Discounts can be applied to merch purchases made through the Fanpass online store or at the POS.

Creating a discount

Open the discounts management page from the dashboard.

Click “Create Discount”

Set up your discount with the following options:

  • Discount name — An internal name for tracking
  • Discount type — Percentage off or fixed amount
  • Value — The discount percentage or dollar amount
  • Conditions — Minimum purchase amount, specific items, or Fanpass holders only
  • Validity — Start and end dates

    Activate the discount

    Toggle the discount to active when you’re ready for fans to use it.

    Rewards

    Rewards are earned by fans through their engagement — purchases, referrals, or meeting specific thresholds.

    Tour-level promotions

    These run automatically during a tour and reward fans based on their behavior:
    Randomly select winners from fans who make qualifying purchases. Great for driving excitement at the merch booth — “buy any item and you could win a signed poster.”
    Every purchase gives the fan an entry into a drawing. More purchases = more entries. Winners are drawn at a time you choose.
    Buy-one-get-one deals on selected items. Fans buy a qualifying item and get a second item free or discounted.
    Reward fans who spend above a set amount. Example: “Spend $75 and get a free tote bag.”
    Reward fans who buy a minimum number of items. Example: “Buy 3 items and get a free sticker pack.”

    Reward fulfillment

    When a fan earns a reward, it’s tracked in the system with a status:

    For giveaways that involve sized items (like t-shirts), the fan will be prompted to select their size when claiming the reward.

    Claiming rewards

    Fans can claim their rewards:
    • At the merch booth — Staff can look up the fan and fulfill their reward during a POS transaction
    • Online — Through the Fanpass page, fans can claim eligible rewards and apply them to online orders
