Accessing analytics

Navigate to Fanpass → Analytics in the dashboard. You’ll see an overview of key metrics with the ability to drill into specific time ranges.

See where your fans are coming from:
  • Direct link — Fans who visited the Fanpass URL directly
  • QR code — Scans from physical QR codes at booths or printed materials
  • Referral — Fans who signed up through a referral code
  • POS capture — Fans signed up by staff during a transaction
  • Embed widget — Sign-ups from the embedded widget on external websites
Track how fan engagement changes over time:
  • Sign-up velocity — Are sign-ups accelerating or slowing?
  • Verification frequency — How often are fans using their passes?
  • Purchase behavior — Are Fanpass holders buying more than non-holders?

Revenue attribution
