The Fanhaven dashboard is where you manage everything about your tours and artist operations. Once you log in at dashboard.fanhaven.com, you’ll land on the Home page with a bird’s-eye view of your current tour.

Home page

The Home page gives you real-time stats for your active tour:

Use the Home page to get a quick pulse check before, during, and after each show.
The dashboard sidebar organizes features into logical groups:

Switching contexts

If your organization manages multiple artists or tours, you can switch between them using the tour selector in the sidebar. All data and settings are scoped to the currently selected tour.

Permissions

Not every team member needs access to everything. Fanhaven uses staff profiles to control what each person can see and do:
  • Marketing — Access to fans, campaigns, funnels, and Fanpass
  • Operations — Access to inventory, counts, box tracking, and reporting
  • Accountant — Access to transactions, payouts, accounting, and settlements
  • Custom — Hand-pick exactly which pages a staff member can access
