Dashboard Overview

Your command center for managing tours, merch, fans, and finances.

The Fanhaven dashboard is where you manage everything about your tours and artist operations. Once you log in at dashboard.fanhaven.com, you’ll land on the Home page with a bird’s-eye view of your current tour.

Home page

The Home page gives you real-time stats for your active tour:

Gross Sales	Total revenue across all events
Items Sold	Total units moved
Average Order	Mean transaction value
Per Head	Revenue per attendee
Fans Captured	New fans added to your database
Transactions	Total number of sales
Tips	Total tips collected

Use the Home page to get a quick pulse check before, during, and after each show.

The dashboard sidebar organizes features into logical groups:

Overview

• Home — Tour stats and performance metrics
• Fans — Your fan database and CRM
• Marketing — Funnels, campaigns, and messages
• Insights — Deeper analytics and trends

Operations

• Tours — Manage all your tours
• Tour Info — Current tour details
• Staff Management — Assign and manage merch staff

Store

• Merch Catalog — Your product catalog

Mobile Orders

• Orders — View and manage mobile orders
• Settings — Configure mobile ordering

POS

• Settings — Payments, tipping, and cash drawer config
• Register Layout — Customize the POS screen
• Shifts — View staff shift history
• Cash Drawer — Cash drawer counts and history

Finance

• Transactions — All sales transactions
• Payouts — Stripe payouts and balances
• Accounting — Expenses and ledger
• Splits — Multi-party payment splits

Fanpass

Switching contexts

If your organization manages multiple artists or tours, you can switch between them using the tour selector in the sidebar. All data and settings are scoped to the currently selected tour.

Permissions

Not every team member needs access to everything. Fanhaven uses staff profiles to control what each person can see and do:

• Marketing — Access to fans, campaigns, funnels, and Fanpass
• Operations — Access to inventory, counts, box tracking, and reporting
• Accountant — Access to transactions, payouts, accounting, and settlements
• Custom — Hand-pick exactly which pages a staff member can access
